Requirements:
1. Large Cork or Polystyrene Bung (Available at most Tackle Shops)
2. Two Needlepoint hooks (Sizes can vary between 3.0 to 5.0)
3. Steel Wire/Piano Wire
4. Ball sinker/weight of about 3 quarter ounce.
Attach your Hook to a piece of Steel wire +/- 10 cm. Attach the other end of the wire to the single barrel swivel. (See Fig. 1 Below)
Thread your main line through the Large Cork/Top Bung, and then threw the Ball Sinker. Attach the main line to the loose end of your Barrel Swivel. You can vary the length of the trace by moving the bung up or down your main line and securing it with the piece of plastic supplied with the bung. The length of the trace may vary according to the depth of water you are fishing in. (See Fig. 3 Below)
Tips: Use a figure eight knot for tying nylon to swivels and sinkers. Use this trace when fishing in rocky areas or in areas where the sea bottom is rocky. Remember this is a floating trace, and one should follow the bung, and keep the line as tight as possible. When your bung is pulled under water, strike fast.
