Maas Banker Bait
Maas Banker is great for Salmon especially near river mouths if you can't get hold of mullet.
A fresh Maas Banker head on a working bank should call a Diamond or any other flat fish for that matter!
If the Mass Banker is dead then use the head for flat fish.
A little secret concerning Maas Banker
Try to get a belly shine from a Cuda, and fold this over a fresh Maas Banker.
Just remember to cut off the tail section. This slide bait has accounted for many Kingfish and possible Cuda smashes.
Belly shine is as the words suggest. It's the shiny part of the belly. Most guys fillet their cuda and discard the rest. This combination is perfect for crystal clear water like Cape Vidal / Kosi Bay etc.
Cut just at the base of the tail to eliminate the bait from spinning with the current.
